Introduced due to customer demand.
From customer feedback it appears some customers are being left with large quantities of expensive manufacturer OEM ink cartridges and labels.  Which are no good to them because their franking machine has been "upgraded".  These new, sealed, perfectly good items are not swapped  for supplies for their new franking machine.  (as sometimes verbally promised by the manufacturer salesman)

We do have some terms and conditions that must be strictly adhered to:

• Any old trade in ink or labels must be in excellent resellable condition
• We must be informed what you have through our contact page
• Once our trade in offer is accepted, old trade in supplies must be sent to us in appropiate packaging at customers expense for inspection.  Before new supplies will be dispatched by ourselves.
• If trade in supplies are not in a condition that we feel are acceptable, we reserve the right not to go ahead.  If this eventuality occurs we will send the supplies back to you by Recorded Mail recorded post or Parcelforce courier re-using the original packaging supplied by yourselves.
