All brand new machines sold by ourselves come with a 12 month warranty as standard.  Purchasing the extended warranty/ maintenance, covers goods after the initial 1 year warranty.

Postroom-online's ongoing support offers plain English support covering all parts, labour and return of machine to you.  If machine is uneconomical to repair machine it will be replaced with an equivalent of superior machine at our expense.

Extended warranty<br>for folding machines

What is covered?
A. Replacement of any Electrical component that has failed (excludes fuses)
B. Replacement of any Mechanical component that has failed
C. All labour costs
D. Return of machine to any UK Mainland address
If your product proves impossible or uneconomical to repair, we will replace it.  If an identical product is not available, we will replace it with one of an equivalent specification or higher.

What is not covered?
Breakdown caused by:
a. Deliberate damage or neglect of the product
b. Damage caused by do it yourself modification of the machine
c. Damage caused by not following the manufacturers instructions
d. Wear and tear or gradual deterioration of performances
e. Damage caused by exposure to inappropriate conditions such as excessive moisture, cold or electricity .
f. Return of faulty machine back to us (although we can recommend reasonably price courier services)
g. Damage caused by inapropiate packaging of machine, for shipment to us

What if my machine is damaged by circumstances beyond my control i.e. flood or vandalism by staff?
We understand that sometimes unfortunate circumstances or bad luck can cause damage not covered by our extended warranty.  Should you be affected by these whilst under warranty, send the machine to us, we will asses the damage free of charge.  We will quote for a parts only repair, i.e. with free labour and return the machine to you free of charge weither you have the repair or not.

Other conditions or limitations.

  1. Our machines are to be operated, only by persons over 18 years of age
  2. This warranty is limited to products used within the UK mainland (Northern Ireland Channels Islands an extra postage cost applys)
  3. The language of the policy and all communications relating to it will be in English
  4. All aspects of this agreement are subject to English Business law and the decisions of English courts
  5. This warranty is automatically cancelled if you submit a claim knowing it to be false, fraudulent or a misrepresentation
  6. You cannot transfer this warranty to another company

Your right to cancel.
This extended warranty can be cancelled within 45 days of purchase.  Should you cancel, full refund will be paid back to you within 30 days.
