Returns Policy

All machines come with a twelve months manufacturers warranty unless stated in the product description.

We strongly recommend that all original packaging and parts are retained for the warranty period, as we can accept no machines back that do not come back in original packaging.

If the product you have purchased develops a fault within the first seven days from delivery you may return it to us for a full refund excluding the carriage charge. The cost of returning the product is the responsibility of the customer. The product must be returned complete and in original packaging to obtain a refund.

If a item is returned to us within the seven days we will inspect the product, if the product is found to be working correctly, The customer has the option to have the product sent back to them (an additional carriage cost will be charged) or collect the machine from us.

Warranty
All adverts state the warranty type that particular product comes with. Please find below further detail.

Manufacturers warranty: All products sold by Postroom-online Ltd are covered by a minimum of 12 months manufacturers warranty. This means should a product not work to the standards the manufacturer has stated in the product manual and has not been damaged due to excessive or negligent use, this item will be collected and replaced or repaired at the manufacturers expense.

Onsite warranty: This means should a product not work to the standards the manufacturer has stated in the product manual and has not been damaged due to excessive or negligent use, a service engineer will be despatched to the customer's address to repair the equipment at the manufacturers expense.

Please Note: Postroom-online Ltd do not carry out repairs or replace products themselves, this is carried out by the manufacturer or manufacturer's agent.

If requested Postroom-online will contact the manufacturer or manufacturers agent to arrange replacement/repair on the customers behalf.
