Morgana - SFT Squarefold & Trimmer

The all-new Morgana SFT Booklet SquareFold & Trimmer is an industry first, designed to help print work harder and smarter than ever before. It is the perfect finishing solution for CRDs and offices looking to enhance the quality of their booklets while adding value to the final product.

This innovative machine combines two essential functions in one – booklet square folding and trimming. Simply insert a stapled and folded booklet, and the Morgana SFT produces a professionally finished document with a sharp square-folded spine and a neatly trimmed front edge. The result is a high-quality, perfectly presented booklet that stands out in any professional setting.

The SFT SquareFold Trimmer supports a wide range of paper weights, from a minimum of 63gsm (17lb bond) to a maximum of 350gsm (130lb cover), making it highly versatile for different booklet types. It accommodates booklets with a minimum of one folded sheet and a maximum of 50 stapled and folded sheets, or 25 sheets when using the side trimmer.

Designed for flexibility, the machine handles fed book sizes ranging from a minimum of 148.5 x 105mm to a maximum of 320 x 310mm Once processed, the finished booklets can range from 148.5 x 100mm to 320 x 310mm in bypass mode or 318 x 309mm when trimming on all sides. The machine offers precise face trimming from as little as 1mm up to 210mm, while side trimming can be adjusted between 1mm and 24mm per side. With an average monthly duty cycle of 20,000 booklets, the Morgana SFT is built for high performance and reliability, ensuring a professional finish every time.
