This DS-80 is one of NEOPOST / QUADIENT's higher-end fast folder inserter machines and has now been updated by the DS80i range. It is ideal for a mailroom/print shop/office environment. One of our certified Quadient technicians has fully serviced and refurbished the machine.
This folder inserter is a 4 station meaning it has 4 A4 feeders allowing you to insert multiple sheets and collate the sets before folding and inserting them into the envelope prior to automatic sealing. Different sizes can also be inserted from A4, A5 down to 90mm. Additionally, booklets, 'return to sender' envelopes or coms slips can be inserted into an envelope, meaning other size sheets can also be inserted and folded if necessary. It has a special feeder for stapled booklets (size dependent on test) with the option of single or letter folds. It has 25 stored jobs that can be preset or automatically set up. There are two envelope sizes which are compatible with this machine - DL+ and C5+ - and it will insert around 4000 per hr depending on application with an average usage rating of up to 60,000 per month.

Maintenance and service? We can fully support this machine on either 'pay as you go' or contract terms. Example: Fully comprehensive maintenance = £995 per year, up to 480,000 envelopes or £1195 per year, up to 720,000 envelopes.
