Non-urgent Folder Inserter Callout Visit for Service, Repair, Training, Breakdowns

This service is suitable for:

- Non-urgent fault repairs
- Routine servicing
- Operator training etc
- Initial inspection for the transfer of a maintenance contract to ourselves (refundable if a maintenance contract is agreed)
- Includes the first 1 hour of labour with each additional (if needed) 60 minutes at £50.
- Does NOT include parts. Parts are chargeable
- Callout can be used for multiple machines (at same location)

When the technician arrives please advise whether you want.
-Repair of any faults only. Quick and cheap solution, but does not include replacement of parts that are not fully worn out.
-Full service will involve repair of faults, then move on to the mailing machines full routine service, including preventative measures. A full service is needed if a quotation is requested for one of our folder inserter fully comprehensive maintenance agreements.

For GALAXY, NEOPOST / QUADIENT, and FP Mailing (aka Francotyp Postalia FPi) all parts for current models are carried on our vans and due to their excellent design, a first-time repair is almost certain.

For PITNEY BOWES although 90% of parts are carried on our vans, due to the high price of some parts and design of the machine, it's worth calling in after booking to discuss fault prior to us arriving.

Discontinued machines.

For Neopost, FP and Pitney Bowes machines we hold a large stock of parts both new and refurbished, as well as the experience to have expensive components such as power control boards repaired. For these models, we see no supply issues for any models made from the 1990s onwards for a considerable number of years.

PFE / PHL be advised these machines are in our opinion, no longer commercially viable to keep running, Most parts have not been available brand new since 2008. If you have a PFE / PHL machine that you wish for us to service, please call before booking to discuss your needs.
