Product Description
This DS-64i 2.5 station folder inserter is one of QUADIENT's mid-level envelope stuffing machines and is the newest version. This 2.5 station machine had been on a lease and came back from the lease company with very little use, so very low click count.
This folder inserter is a 2.5 station machine which means it has 2 x A4 feeders and a half Feeder which allows you to collate sheets before folding, inserting and then sealing them into the envelope. Different sizes can also be inserted from A4, A5 down to 90mm permitting other-sized sheets to be inserted and folded before the envelope is automatically sealed. Additionally, postcards, flyers or business reply envelopes can also be inserted into an envelope (without a fold) using the half feeder. It has the option to fold single, letter or no folds and has 9 stored jobs that can be preset or automatically set up. There are two envelope sizes which are compatible with this machine using machineable envelopes DL (235 x 114mm) and C5(235 x 165)mm - and it will insert around 2000 per hour with an average usage rating of up to 30-40,000 envelopes per month.
