The Quadient DS-75i 2-Station OCR Folder Inserter is one of QUADIENT's high-level envelope stuffing machines and represents the latest version in its class. This particular machine features the larger upgraded deep pile feeder, the larger envelope exit hopper and OCR Reading, making it ideal for handling larger mailings with ease. 1 x Deep Pile Feeder (High Capacity Document feed tray) -  Large feeder that can handle 725 sheets (80 g/m)

1 x Standard Document feed Tray 325 Sheets (80 g/m)

OCR (Optical Character Recognition): OCR enables folder inserters to read printed text. This technology is often used to identify specific instructions encoded within documents, such as recipient information, batch separation, or dynamic mailing setups.

Example 

Set 1 has 5 Pages, Set 2 has 4 Pages, Set 3 has 7 Pages and so forth.

Each page in the document includes a footer with the page number formatted as "Page 1/5," "Page 2/5," and so on. When the document reaches the final page, such as "Page 5/5," the reading software identifies it as the last page of the collated set. This signals that the set is complete and then gets inserted into an envelope.
