Posting
The machine must be sent to us well packaged. If you do not have a courier account we recommend www.interparcel.com for convenient and competitive shipping. If the item is broken in transit we cannot accept any liability. You will need to make a claim with the courier chosen to send the machine to us. We use that same packaging to return the machine to you using our courier so again, if the packaging is poor we will not accept any liability for damage. These problems can be easily avoided by going O.T.T. on the packaging. Pretend you're shipping a crate of eggs and you shouldn't go wrong.
Parts
The parts we use are USED parts from traded-in machines. That's why the repair price is so low. We can use brand new parts, but we would have to charge for them.
Warranty
Work does not come with a general warranty. These machines tend to be older machines so if we fix the feeder then the next week a gear breaks, it's unfortunate but not covered. We would have to re-charge for the repair for an unrelated issue. If we take on the repair, we will do so confident that we can improve the performance of your machine. But like when you take an old car to the garage for a service, what you get back is still a used item, that may be past its best. Please keep expectations realistic. If you want a brand new machine, we are happy to sell you one.
What can we fix?
Most things.... We can stop/reduce feeding and jamming problems, replace broken gears, pulleys, rollers, rubbers, feed and folds plates and replace broken motors. The only real exception is circuit boards, as demand outstrips supply and brand new ones are too expensive.

Turnaround times.
This is an economy and environmentally sustainable product, not offered by our competition. This service is to offer a budget cost solution for customers needing one and also help reduce the amount of machines going to landfill.

These back to base repairs are performed when our technicians are back at HQ with time. Depending on the time of year this availability can be highly variable. During our busiest period Mid-January to Mid-April please allow 28 days. For priority and express maintenance solutions please see our contract and onsite callouts offerings.
If back to base is being used for routine maintenance, it is highly recommended this is done during the slower summer months.
