Galaxy FI-67iQ Folder Inserter

The FI-67iQ folder inserter is one of Galaxy’s mid-range envelope inserting machines, offering a flexible and efficient solution for a wide range of mailing applications.

The folder inserter is available in four configurations: 1 Station, 2 Station, 2.5 Station, and 2.5 Station with OMR feeder. The number of stations determines how many full-size sheets, such as A4 documents, or smaller inserts such as cards, reply envelopes and communication slips can be collated, folded and inserted into an envelope.

The FI-64iQ can process a wide range of document sizes, from A4 and A5 down to inserts as small as 90mm. This makes it suitable for handling mixed mailing applications, including letters, statements, promotional inserts, reply envelopes and booklets.

A choice of folding options is available, including single fold, letter fold, zig-zag fold, double parallel fold and no fold. Stored jobs can be accessed, allowing frequently used applications to be quickly recalled, while the automatic setup function helps make changing between jobs simple and efficient.

The machine is compatible with both DL+ and C5+ envelopes and can also insert items such as booklets, return-to-sender envelopes and communication slips without folding.

With a processing speed of approximately 2,500 envelopes per hour and a recommended monthly volume of around 20,000–30,000 envelopes, the FI-64i is well suited to organisations requiring a reliable, flexible and productive mailing solution.
