Galaxy Semi-Automatic Business Card Cutter / Slitter

The Galaxy Semi-Auto Business Card Cutter has two fixed independent cutting sections. Once the card design is complete and printed, a single A4 sheet is placed on the lower tray and fed through the first cutting section. The self-sharpening blades remove a vertical gutter down the middle and remove the edges leaving two strips. Each strip measures either 85mm x 297mm or 90mm x 297mm, depending on which model is chosen. These strips are then turned through 90 degrees and a single strip is placed on the upper tray, aligned by guides and passed through the upper cutting section. This operation trims the top and the bottom whilst removing a gutter from between each card.
The result is 10 perfectly cut cards.
The machine can produce up to 30 cards per minute from a paper thickness between 120gsm and 300gsm and is available in 3 variants to cut cards at the following sizes:
