This back-to-base cover can be purchased during the initial folding machine purchase or annually at the end of the product warranty / expiration of the previous years cover.
2. Back-to-Base Servicing/Repair: Taking advantage of the UK's excellent courier network, this is a low cost way of having your letter opener repaired in the event of a breakdown and is also suitable for routine servicing.
3. Callout Servicing/Repair: This option is suitable for having a technician visit your premises to service / repair your machine.
