Quadient DS-67iQ Folder Inserter
The Quadient DS-67iQ Folder Inserter is a versatile mailing machine designed to simplify and speed up mail processing. Available in four configurations (1 station, 2 stations, and 2.5 stations), it adapts easily to different mailing requirements.
The DS-67iQ was built for the people who use it every day or occasionally, not just the ones who set it up. The 7-inch capacitive touchscreen guides any operator through job setup, step by step, with no training needed. Once a job is configured, it’s saved and recalled instantly.

Folding & Inserting Capabilities
- Handles A4 sheets down to 90mm inserts.
- Automatically folds, collates, inserts, and seals envelopes.
- Compatible with DL+ and C5+ machinable envelopes.
- Processes booklets, ‘return to sender’ envelopes, and communication slips.
