We offer free Royal Mail 1st Class shipping on all our products across the UK as standard. Royal Mail aim to deliver 1st class parcels the next working day - Monday to Saturday.

At checkout we may also offer a tracked courier service which would guarantee a next working day delivery to the UK mainland as well as offer tracking services. The price for upgraded shipping is dependent on the service chosen.
Returns Policy
We comply fully with UK Distance Selling Rules (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013).
If you wish to return an item under the UK Distance Selling Rules (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013), please read the following carefully. All conditions must be met for a return to be accepted.
Return Notification
You must notify us in writing of your intention to return the item within 14 days of receiving it. Returns sent back without prior written notification will not be processed.
Condition of Returned Goods
Items must be returned in fully resalable condition, including all original packaging, accessories, manuals and seals (where applicable). Items showing signs of use, damage, wear, handling marks, missing parts, or any condition that prevents us from reselling the item as new will not be eligible for a refund.
Return Postage and Responsibility
The buyer is fully responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return postage.
We strongly advise using a tracked and insured service, as the item remains the buyer’s responsibility until it has been received and inspected by us. Returns lost or damaged in transit cannot be refunded.

Inspection and Processing Time
Once received, the item will undergo a condition inspection. Refunds are only issued when the item meets all conditions stated above. If the item does not meet these requirements, it will be held for 14 days for you to arrange collection.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of our confirmation that the returned item meets all required conditions. Original outbound postage (if charged) is not refundable.
