This service is suitable for:
- Breakdowns etc
- Includes the first 1 hour of labour with each additional (if needed) 60 minutes at £40.
- Does NOT include parts. Parts are chargeable
- Callout can be used for multiple machines (at the same location)
When the technician arrives please advise whether you want.
-Repair of any faults only. Quick and cheap solution, but does not include the replacement of parts that are not fully worn out.
-Full service will involve repair of faults, then move on to the mailing machines full routine service, including preventative measures. A full service is needed if a quotation is requested for one of our folder inserter fully comprehensive maintenance agreements.
For NEOPOST / QUADIENT and FP Mailing (Francotyp Postalia FPi), all parts for current models are carried on our vans and due to the excellent design of the 62 models upwards, a first time repair is almost certain.
These prices apply to the South East, Midlands, Anglia and North West. For the rest of the UK please contact us for a quotation and response times.
