Our commercial Heavy Duty paper folding machine repair service provides organisations throughout the UK with a practical and economical alternative to expensive onsite engineer visits.
Postroom-online specialises in the repair and servicing of paper folding machines from many of the industry's leading manufacturers. Every paper folding machine is carefully inspected, serviced where appropriate, repaired using genuine, new or quality used replacement parts where suitable, and fully tested before being returned.
Our back-to-base paper folder repair service is particularly popular with customers located outside our normal onsite service area, including Scotland, Northern Ireland, Cornwall and other remote parts of the UK, where transporting the machine is often more cost-effective than arranging an onsite visit.
We regularly repair paper folding machines suffering from poor feeding, inaccurate folds, multiple sheet feeding, paper jams, worn rollers, drive faults, damaged fold plates and general age-related wear. Our aim is always to restore reliable performance while keeping repair costs proportionate to the value of the machine.
If, following inspection, we believe your paper folding machine is no longer economical to repair, we'll explain the reasons clearly and discuss the most suitable repair or replacement options before carrying out any unnecessary work.

Posting
Heavy Duty 30kg+ machines but be sent to us in original packaging. If you no longer have original packaging, contact us prior to order to discuss options. If you do not have a courier account we recommend www.interparcel.com for convenient and competitive shipping. If the item is broken in transit we cannot accept any liability. You will need to make a claim with the courier chosen to send the machine to us. We use that same packaging to return the machine to you using our courier so again, if the packaging is poor we will not accept any liability for damage. These problems can be mitigated by going O.T.T. on the packaging.
Parts
Replacement parts are chargeable separately.
Parts will only be fitted and charged where required and authorised by the customer.
Warranty
Work does not come with a general warranty. These machines tend to be older machines so if we fix the feeder then the next week a gear breaks, it's unfortunate but not covered. We would have to re-charge for the repair for an unrelated issue. If we take on the repair, we will do so confident that we can improve the performance of your machine. But like when you take an old car to the garage for a service, what you get back is still a used item, that may be past its best. Please keep expectations realistic. If you want a brand new machine, we are happy to sell you one.
What can we fix?
Most things.... We can stop/reduce feeding and jamming problems, replace broken gears, pulleys, rollers, rubbers, feed and folds plates and replace broken motors. The only real exception is circuit boards, as demand outstrips supply and brand new ones are too expensive.

This product is priced for customers on the UK Mainland. We are happy to assist further afield but shipping costs involved are higher. For Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Ireland and overseas, please contact to confirm current costs prior to purchasing.
Turnaround times.
This is an economy and environmentally sustainable product, not offered by our competition. This service is to offer a budget cost solution for customers needing one and also help reduce the amount of machines going to landfill. If you need an express service, please see our comprehensive maintenance agreements and callout products which have fast response times and are our priority.
These back to base repairs are performed when our technicians are back at HQ with time. Depending on the time of year this availability can be highly variable. During our busiest period Mid-January to Mid-April please allow 28 days. For priority and express maintenance solutions please see our contract and onsite callouts offerings.
If back to base is being used for routine maintenance, it is highly recommended this is done during the slower summer months.
