This service is suitable for: Non-contract remote support

• £50 per hour, billed up to the nearest 15 minutes. i.e. 15 minutes would be £12.50, 22 minutes would be £25, 31 minutes would be £37.50, 59 minutes would be £50.
• Low cost fault diagnostics, identification of operator error, training, and basic operator maintenance.
• Not chargeable if back to base/callout needed off the back of the call (up to 30 minutes remote).
• Low-cost alternative for customers in inaccessible locations.
• Low cost solution for customers with minor faults.
• Flexible approach: we can offer both telephone and video call via phone network, WhatsApp, Teams, Zoom. WhatsApp is our preferred video method due to the ease of setting up an initial call.
• Speak to an experienced print-finishing technician with a can-do attitude and all the equipment to support this service.
• Buy the first 15 minutes online; any additional time can be billed in arrears.
