This service is suitable for: Non-contract remote support

- £40 per hour, billed up to the nearest 15 minutes. i.e. 15 minutes would be £10, 22 minutes would be £20, 31 minutes would be £30, 59 minutes would be £40.

- Low cost fault diagnostics, identification of operator error, training, and basic operator maintenance. - Not chargeable if back to base/callout needed of the back of the call (up to 30 minutes remote)

- Low-cost alternative for customers in inaccessible locations

- Low cost solution for customers with minor faults.

- Flexible approach, we can offer both telephone and video call via phone network, WhatsApp, Teams, Zoom. WhatsApp is our preferred video method due to the ease of setting up an initial call.

- Speak to an experienced print-finishing technician with a can-do attitude and all the equipment to support this service.

- Buy the first 15 minutes online, any additional time we can bill in arrears.
